With heavy hearts yet grateful spirits, we celebrate the life of Arthur Cameron, a cherished son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. Arthur was born on June 21, 1952, in Greenwood, Mississippi, to his loving parents, Johnny and Bestie Cameron. He shared a special bond with his siblings, Johnny Cameron Jr. and Eliza Cameron, and grew up surrounded by family and love.
Arthur was a proud graduate of Greenwood LeFlore High School and later pursued higher education, earning an associate degree from State Community College, along with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate. He dedicated many years of service as a mail clerk for the U.S. Postal Service.
A man of faith, Arthur was a devoted Christian who lived his life with joy and kindness. He had a love for dancing, music, and celebrating life, bringing laughter and happiness to those around him. His presence lit up every gathering, and his warm spirit will be deeply missed.
Arthur leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory, including his devoted nieces and nephews: Sharon Cameron, Ralando Cameron, Tyrone & Monika Cameron, Shana Williams, Tommie Hill, Asia Helm, Reginald Horton, and Christian Cameron. He also leaves behind his beloved cousins, Menerva Cook and Miranda Gresham, along with a host of extended family and dear friends.
